Why Group Athlete Training (GAT!)?
Its time for our PCF Group Athlete Training for summer of 2025! Lets get YOUR athlete prepared and leaps ahead! This program is PROVEN to increase confidence, speed, power and teamwork. (We filled up fast last year and demand is high already...don't wait!) This program is led by Lead Trainer and Youth Athlete Specialist Sean Klemp. Sean has a reputation of engaging youth athletes, understanding their movement and motivating them to bring their best on and off the filed or court.

1. Our school district has now offered and required opportunities for the student athletes to participate in lifting programs once in high school. This is GREAT! However, we do believe that our younger athletes need to be prepared for that, with quality coaching from highly educated and qualified trainers!.
The focus is learning those critical movement patterns of Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Lunge and Carry/Locomotion/Rotation. With that knowledge, is also the prep to make these movements part of the athleticism required for these young people. You can't just jump into a lift program...you could, but prepping these kiddos properly is KEY to their safety, longevity, injury mitigation and their overall athleticism. That should all come first, prior to heavy lifting on a regular basis. It's no different than when we begin a new personal training client. The foundation MUST be there. We want them ready for high school and the amazing opportunities they will have in that strength program.
2. Proper warm ups (critical and often missing from programs), agility, speed, explosiveness, overall muscular balance of posterior (back side of body), lateral (side to side) and rotational work is so important for these growing bodies.
3. Overall, the importance of teaching these athletes how to move so they understand once they are 'required' to add load in strength training in high school, they will not only be prepared, but will thrive with that knowledge and base they will get with GAT.
Our GAT FOUNDATIONS program is to teach and prepare these younger athletes for high school, increasing mobility, strength and addressing typical muscular imbalances that youngsters have. All of this from a personal trainer and movement specialist who teaches and coaches these amazing young people.
Our GAT ELITE program takes it up notches for our high school and early collegiate athletes. Lifting programs are essential for them; however, we want a well rounded, bullet proof athlete that has foot skills, power, coordination, speed and supple movers that will support them through their lifting and even more...prepare them for court and field regardless of their sport of choice.
Ages for FOUNDATIONS: Athletes going into 7, 8 and 9 grades for the 2025-2026 school season. (Please contact us if you have someone younger to be sure it is an ok fit as well as not too much of an age gap.)
Ages for ELITE: Athletes going into 10, 11 and 12 grades as well as incoming college freshman for the 2025-2026 season.
And even if your athlete is NOT in a sport per se, but wants to stay in shape and learn; we would love to have them!
Beginning June 9 through August 30
2-3 times per week is what is expected of the athlete.
FOUNDATIONS:
$425 for the entire 12 week program
M, W, F 7 am OR 8 am (7 and 8 am are same content for that day)
ELITE:
$590 for the entire 12 week program
T, TH 7 am
OR
M, W 6 pm (M same content as T, W same content as TH)
F 9 am (Sessions to compliment the week's content)
