Class Descriptions:
ALL CLASSES CAN BE MODIFIED TO YOU NO MATTER YOUR LEVEL! Our instructors care about your progress, safety and longevity!
Strong Life: Our Core Class Offering that offers the most complete workout. Resistance, cardio, metabolic conditioning, mobility and more. You will get strong, you will get fit. It is an all-encompassing way to train. You will work out hard and intensely, but you to YOU. No one yells at you, no one makes you go beyond your limits. But working side by side with like
minded people will be exhilarating and effective!
Tabata: This cardio based (and sometime strength) workout give you 20 seconds on of hard work, with 10 second of rest for 4 rounds. You get a lot done in minimal time with a ton of variety!
Fit Life: A less impact, minimal jumping, minimal impact class. But still effective. A great place to start or stay. It’s a good workout for everyone and don’t let the ‘kinder gentler boot camp’ tag fool you. It is, but it’s a great workout.
Warrior Life (NEW!): A 55+ group training in all things functional...getting strong safely, getting all around more capable, working within our limits yet improving. Strength, balance, sure-footedness, for those Warriors to get and keep living FIT decade after decade! We have modifications, regressions for you! (All members welcome no matter age!)
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. This class takes high intensity drills and exercises for a time, then takes you to a lower intensity to recover before starting up again. Another class with great variety offered on Saturday mornings. Its fun, its quick
and its effective!
