We are excited to continue our GAT program throughout the school year on a monthly basis.
This program works on all aspects of athleticism. Including coordination, speed, power, multi-directional work, rotation, acceleration and deceleration and of course, strength.
These athletes are prime to learn, and need to understand their body mechanics and how they control all aspects of their movement and power to be the best they can be, stay SAFE and strong, and most importantly enjoy their sport.
