What is included?
A Menopause Education Guide that lays out ALL OF IT. What is meno? What are the stages? What are the 'symptoms?' How can I feel better? Why is weight loss more difficult? What is happening to my heart, brain, body? Why do I feel this way? Is this normal, am I losing my mind, who am I?
This guide includes straight talk about nutrition, why things that worked do not work as well now, what should I eat, what to avoid, lists of those foods, supplementation, macro explanations and much more...all in easy to understand language!
You will learn why am I gaining weight? Why is my body changing? What can I do?
Answers to questions such as 'I do not feel like myself, I just can't function, why the brain fog, why am I so short fused, I feel like I have lost myself. And why does my body hurt so?
We will not be providing a meal plan; we will provide education and tools. You will get nutritional ideas, lists, how's, why's and tips and tricks to get your nutrition on track and viable for this time of life and take action on them. You will learn SO much without it being uninudating.
(I will however be giving you some amazing anti-inflammatory and great tasting recipes for your recipe future!)
Also included: Deeper Dive Videos and audible files of vital topics you want to know more about. Including:

AND....OPTIONAL 12 week training plan!
A beginner or 'get back in' strength and conditioning progressive training plan laid out for you for home or gym. Follow me on my app (all details will be giving to you) where you can watch, learn and follow along for 3-4 days per week, less than an hour each session to get stronger, feel better, and springboard to the rest of your life to include fitness and getting stronger. This must be done as we age! So think about joining this part of the series as well, you will feel so much better.
All you need are some dumbells, bands, a bench or chair and a good trainer. Me! (and yes, you can communicate with me about your workouts! I will be here for you as your coach as you learn or get back into your fitness.) Modifications on movements and equipment will be provided along with links if you need to acquire any equipment. But hey, grab a friend who has some and have them join you!
