I am thrilled to share my upcoming menopause education series, packed with essential information on symptoms, nutrition, stress management, (and even an optional beginner/get back in it training program with video workouts with me through my app!)    You will get valuable insights tailored to women of all menopausal ages, focusing on health, wellness, and prevention of common conditions. 

Although I will be doing this for four weeks, this can be all on your own time! You will have access to the materials, videos and all of the other resources as they are given/posted or have access as you need it! The information can be taken is as simply as listening as you walk, clean, work or sit down and take it all in.  It's on you! 

What is included?

I lay out ALL OF IT. Through our meal plan, videos, private Facebook page and so many more resources.

We have straight talk about nutrition, why things that use to work do not work as well now, what  to eat, what to avoid, lists of those foods, supplementation, macro explanations and much more...all in easy to understand language!  

You will learn why your body is different now, why weight gain happens and why your body changes. Most importantly, we will help you find ways to feel better.  

We will provide education and tools and answers to questions such as 'I do not feel like myself, I just can't function, why the brain fog, why am I so short fused, I feel like I have lost myself.  And why does my body hurt so?

You will learn SO much without it being uninudating:

-Explantion of what menopause is and all its stages.

-Weight loss.

-Getting my brain and body back

-Symptoms and their solutions

-HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy: is it for me?) and supplementation

-Sleep and Stress.  Let's make it better. 

-Muscle and bone loss and its prevention and the training/fitness conversation.

-What to add, what to take away

AND....OPTIONAL 4 week training plan!

A beginner or 'get back in' strength and conditioning progressive training plan laid out for you for home or gym.  Follow me on my app (all details will be given to you) where you can watch, learn and follow along for 3 days per week, less than an hour each session to get stronger, feel better, and springboard to the rest of your life to include fitness and strength. This must be done as we age!  So think about joining this part of the series as well, you will feel so much better. 

All you need are some dumbells, bands, a bench or chair and a good trainer.  Me! (and yes, you can communicate with me about your workouts!  I will be here for you as your coach as you learn or get back into your fitness.) Modifications on movements and equipment will be provided along with links if you need to acquire any equipment. And, we will communicate as our work out group in the app for any help and support from each other.   If you want in person accountability with like minded people think about joining me at my gym and group/personal training facility, Peterson & Company Fitness. Just ask.
